Scandic Oulu City Hotel, Oulu

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were extremely clean and smelled fresh, which is rare these days. I loved having an in-room sauna and a large enclosed balcony. The size of the rooms was quite spacious, especially by European standards, and everything was tidy. However, I was a bit disappointed by the lack of transparency from the staff regarding known issues prior to my check-in.
